The Court of Session Act of Sederunt (Registration Appeal Court) 2013 was made by the court on 23 July 2013 and will come into force on the 19th August.

This Act of Sederunt  appoints three judges to hear registration appeals under section 57 of the Representation of the People Act 1983. It revokes the Act of Sederunt (Registration Appeal Court) 2012, which previously made such provision.
